This video showcases a boiling simulation performed using our CFD software, Advance/FrontFlow/red, with the VOF method under the following conditions:

- Water Temperature: 80°C
- Superheat Degree of Heating Surface: 10°C
- Heating Surface Types: Plate and Fin
- Mesh Count: 500,000
- Parallel Processing: 12 MPI parallel
- Simulation Time: 6 hours to analyze 5 seconds of phenomena

Phase Change Model A combined approach is used for the phase change model: the "temperature recovery method" is applied on the heated surface, while the "heat flux difference at the liquid-gas interface" is applied elsewhere. This eliminates the need to explicitly model bubble nuclei within small cavities.

A quarter-symmetry model is employed to achieve efficient computations.

This simulation demonstrates detailed boiling phenomena with efficient analysis, leveraging advanced physical models for phase change. It is an ideal solution for enhancing the understanding of thermal design and thermal fluid phenomena.
